Mechanic - We are seeking an experienced and reliable Mechanic based in the Moree district. In this full-time role reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will work with a team of mechanics and will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles, trucks, machinery, pumps and engines.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Formal qualifications in Diesel Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics or a related field
- Proven experience as a Mechanic, including experience with agricultural or heavy machinery
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on plant, machinery, pump stations and heavy vehicles
- Conduct inspections, diagnostic testing and check vehicles after being repaired for safety requirements
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of safe work practices

Grader operator - P&J Harris & Sons' are seeking an experienced and reliable grader driver based approx 100 kms West of Moree. In this full-time role reporting to the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for operating a grader to construct, maintain and repair roads, drainage systems and other surfaces.
Qualifications and responsibilities
- Proven experience to operate a grader to cut, spread, level and finish surfaces according to specifications
- Perform road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance while ensuring safety, efficiency and equipment care
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Identify and report any mechanical issues or required repairs
- Ability to adhere to farm operational and safety procedures
- Current driver's licence

Dozer Operator - P&J Harris & Sons' are seeking an experienced and reliable bulldozer operator driver based at Hebel, QLD.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Proven experience to operate CAT D8 and D6 Dozers
- Demonstrate past dozer operating experience with earthwork
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment

Boilermaker/Welder- We are seeking an experienced and reliable Boilermaker/Welder based in the Moree district, approx 100 kms West. In this full-time role reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will work with a team of mechanics and will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal components across a variety of equipment and machinery. This includes, for example; irrigation systems, cotton gin equipment, stockyards, commodity storage, light and heavy machinery, tools and equipment and general farm infrastructure.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Trade qualification in boiler making, metal fabrication or welding or a related field
- Proven experience as a boilermaker/welder, including ideally experience with agricultural equipment
- Operate heavy tools and machinery to fabricate, assemble and install various heavy-duty components
- Conduct inspections, fault finding and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
- Current driver's licence

Truck drivers - We are seeking reliable truck drivers based in the Moree district. The full-time role will be reporting to Peter Harris, and you will work with a team of truck drivers carting grain and cotton, predominantly. Well maintained and late model equipment.
